Recording the skills used to deliver work
Once a creator has finished building an output, stored it on the request and provided a summary of findings they should record the skills used in order to deliver the project. This way you have a record of the most important skills required to deliver work in your organisation. You can also associate the skills most aligned with high quality work.
How to record skills used in Brijj
- Go to the Collaboration Kanban Board, available in the top menu signified by your organisation name + 'board'.
- Go to the In progress column and find and click on the relevant card for the request you wish to deliver an output.
- You'll be taken to the Deliverables Page. If you are already in a given request simply click on 'Deliverables' in the 'request navigation menu'.
- Scroll to the 'Skills' section of the screen, click into the field, and then select the skills that were used to deliver the work. If you do not see an available skill, have the skill added to Brijj by an Admin as outlined here: Link
