Dashboard Admin / Creator View

Brijj offers a summary dashboard to have overview data on the amount, quality and utility of the Insights that you have in progress, and that have been historically completed.

How to access the Brijj Dashboards

Go to the Dashboard, available in the top menu signified by your organisation name + 'board'.

Switching between Consumer and Creator View

In the top right of the Dashboard you will see a toggle which flips views between Consumer and Creator. Consumer View is the work you have asked to be completed as a consumer. Creator is the work that you are and your organisation / team are working on.

Switching between just your work, and all creators.

In the top right of the Dashboard you will see a toggle which flips views between your work and all creators. Doing so will change the subsequent charts to show the summarised information based on your selection.

Charts and Information in the Creator View

The top row shows the current number of requests currently being managed by status.

Requests by due date details the number of requests over the preceding 6 months.

Requests by department details the number of requests by the top 10 department ordered by number of requests.

Overall Quality Score shows the average quality score given for all completed requests.
Overall Quality Score shows the average quality score given for all completed requests.

Total Number of scores shows the total number of scores given along with the number of requests which are not yet rated and followed up by consumers.

Quality scores details the average quality score over the preceding 6 months.

Utility scores details the average quality score over the preceding 6 months.
